Hello, more than 4 months have already passed since I came here. I have a good news so I'd like to let you know.

Finally I could pass the test and go up level 8 that is the highest level in AIS. I was so glad that I was going to cry at the moment I saw the result of the test. I've studied at level 7 for more than 3 months but that actually made me upset. That's because I couldn't pass the test twice no matter how hard I studied. I thought that is because of lack of my efforts and sometimes I was dissatisfied with myself. However, eventually I could go up my level to the highest level so I'm proud of myself. The class at level 8 seems to have more speaking task than any other class and learn more difficult vocabulary and grammar. That sounds hard but I believe that it's useful for me to study at level 8. I just study hard as usual anyway.

On the first of February, I went to Coromandel which is the famous location for the second movie in “The Chronicles of Narnia (2008)” series. As you can see these pictures, the scenery was so beautiful because the ocean is much clear. And I enjoyed watching the landscape while boarding a boat. That was a cool experience. I went to Hot Water Beach as well and then I enjoyed natural hot bath.

I like Kiwis respecting and protecting nature and that’s why nature in New Zealand are so beautiful.

 

こんにちは、こちらに来て４ヶ月以上経ちました。今回のレポートでは、まずご報告したいことが一つあるので、そのことについてお話したいと思います。

この前テストがあり、その結果ようやく学校の中で一番上のレベル8に上がることができました。 その結果を知った時はうれしくて泣きそうになりました。私はレベル7で3ヶ月以上勉強しましたが、正直その状況は私を時に苦しめていました。それは、私はどんなに一生懸命勉強してもテストを2回もパスすることができず、その理由を努力不足だと思っていて、そのことで自分に不満を抱いたり、イライラしたりしてしまいました。しかし、ようやくテストをパスすることができ、念願のレベル8で勉強できるので、誇りに思います。レベル8での授業が最近始まったのですが、予想通り語彙も内容もどのクラスより難しいです。でも、私はレベルの高い場所で勉強できることは自分のスキルをあげるのにとてもいいことだと思うので、とにかく今まで以上に勉強に励むだけだと思い、頑張ります。

2月1日、私は映画『ナルニア国物語(2008)』第2章の撮影場所で有名なコロマンデルに行きました。写真の通り、海がはるかに澄んでいて景色はとてもキレイでした。帰りはボートに乗りましたが、その時もコロマンデルの景色を堪能でき、とてもいい経験ができました。コロマンデルの後は、ホットビーチに行き、自然なホットバスを楽しみました。

私はニュージーランドの方が自然を大切にし、積極的に保護している姿が好きです。だからこそ、ニュージーランドの自然はとてもキレイだなと実感しています。
