I feel time is very fast because I have already stayed in Portland for 6 months. I am in a half way point in this studying abroad. I think most of the students who came from Japan of course include came from my university had left the US. Also, my friends who I met at PIA had left. I got a lot of memories with them, so I felt a little bit sad. However, I am really glad to meet them at the PIA. Thank you for seeing me.

By the way, nowadays, I have been busy because I had to do many assignments for all classes.

It’s kind of cat-and-mouse game. When I finish my homework, I get new homework from my teachers. Although it applies a load to me, I can do it because nothing to do makes me bored. That’s why I work so hard.

I not only did homework but also I did a few activities. For example, I watched Ice Hockey game with my friends. I hadn’t watched the game before, but it was very exciting! Players were always changing, and they sometimes fought. It was a good experience for me. Also I watched NBA game, too. Though I’ve watched NBA game twice, it always makes me excited. Another activity is watching movie in the theater by myself. I think it was a challenge for me. I have never watched any movie until now, but right now I did. It is a small step, however, it is a big thing for me. I watched La la land which got many awards. Of course, I saw it no subtitle. I can understand what they said a little. I hope I can completely understand what they say in the movie.

It is almost the final exams. I’m not sure how I do my best for the exams, but I have a responsibility as represent of my university. I try to do it!

After this term, I get a spring break for 2 weeks. I can do anything as much as I do.
