海外留学レポートReport from Overseas

Three months left

May . 2016
It has been about 9 months since I came here, Kingston. The weather is getting warmer and warmer, and I feel spring came here finally. Lots of flowers, dandelions and tulips, are blooming on the grass, and they are very beautiful and colorful. These flowers make me relaxed and impressed. I’m glad to spend almost all summer here.
I had one month break in April. Most of my friends went back to their own country. I thought I would have nothing to do in this break. So I went to another school in downtown for three weeks only. This school has many differences from QSoE (Queen’s School of English). QSoE teaches an academic English, and this school also teaches an academic English but it’s a little bit more casual than QSoE. I learned lots of slangs there and casual conversation. In QSoE it doesn’t teach English very casually. It became a good experience to go the different school in Canada.
My last session has just started this week. I was surprised there were lots of Japanese students in QSoE. I heard about that, but the numbers were more than I thought. However, I don’t want to hang out with Japanese people here because I need a chance to speak English. It might be important to talk to another Japanese students, who have a good motivation to study English here, for sure, but it’s not necessary to do in my study abroad. This is my last session, so I don’t want to feel any regrets.
My goal of this session is finding lots of thanks. This session is my last session in QSoE.
I realize the time, which I have to go back to Japan, is coming soon. I don’t want to regret after that, so I’ll do all my best in this session.
