Chinese New Year and Manchester!

Feb . 2020

Happy Chinese New Year, guys! Even though I stay in the UK, many Chinese live there. That’s why, many people celebrated Chinese New Year especially in Chinatowns. So, I’ll introduce how I spent Chinese New Year in Liverpool. I went to Chinatown to watch a performance because my friend compered it. She acted very well as the host and the next day, she hosted another event at University of Liverpool. I was moved by her when I watched her act. By the way, my first picture is a Chinese dragon which I took it when I was waiting for her event at the Chinatown in Liverpool.

Next, I’ll talk my daytrip in Manchester. At beginning of February, I went to Manchester with friends who are from other countries. Actually, we aren’t same class and one of them doesn’t studies at ELC. However, we like Japanese animation very much, and we was able to close to each other. My second picture is The John Rylands Library. When I went there, I met a couple who went to Manchester on working holidays from Japan. I was happy since they said to me that I can keep up my chin when I told about my study abroad to them.
