It celebrate as a day of giving thanks for blessing of harvest and preceding year, so held on every year. The festival originated in 1621, the Plymouth Colonists and Wampanoag Indians shred an autumn harvest feast that is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies. Therefore, this day has no class every students and spend holiday with family. Main dish is of course Turkey, it’s very essential dish. I ate with cranberry sauce, gravy sauce and stuffing. Stuffing is kind of mix dressing such as including dries breads, vegetables and some herbs. Side dishes were mashed potato and boiled vegetables, desert was apple pie. It was really good time, and also I could gain precious experience of Canadian culture.
