TIME IN BIG CITY

May . 2019

Hello, everyone! Did you enjoy your GW? I’m on break, and I’m having good time with precious good weather.

I went to Toronto to meet my friend last month. It was second time to go there, but I still could enjoy so much even though I lost my phone. I visited some landmarks which are CN tower and Casa Loma. Views from top of the tower was incredible. I don’t remember how many times I said, “How beautiful.” Toronto has so many high buildings, so they make the amazing and endless views. Sometimes, I wished I could live in Toronto because there were so many shopping stores that I like. However, I felt kind of fear. This is because the city and local people were not kind to me like as Kingston. It was not always, but when I came back to Kingston, I felt relieved. If you like big city such as Tokyo, you would like to live in Toronto, but if you are a country person, you are good to live in Kingston. You can just enjoy traveling to Toronto. It takes only approximately 3 hours from Kingston.

Well… what to talk next… oh yeah, I went to Casa Loma too. It is an enormous castle which was built by successful man Sir Henry Pellatts. Actually, it was a family house, but can you believe it? I attach a picture of the castle, and you’ll surprise to the visionary and elegance castle. If I lived in the castle, I would be lost in the castle. It’s giant. I recommend you visiting there in the morning because it requires a lot of energy to tour. Although, Casa Loma is must place if you have chance to visit Toronto. The fabulous and fanciful gothic architecture is waiting for you.

I also went to some Asian markets. Toronto has many Asian population, so there are a bunch of Asian shops and restaurants. I ate Korean cuisine for one day night dinner, and drunk bubble tea which is so popular in Japan. In addition, shopped some stuffs that I can’t buy in Kingston. As you can see, I had so much fun in Toronto. Probably, I’ll visit one more time before I leave Canada.

I have a few days off until I back to next session. I’ve been enjoying drawing and playing the piano. These days, I love to draw in a backyard. I feel lovely weather and the sunshine raise my motivation. My life in Kingston is so peaceful, isn’t it? I love it. Ok, I’ll finish this report around here. Thanks for reading and have a good day everyone. Bye!
