January was a bit of a busy month. The temperature suddenly rose, it rained, and the climate was changeable.

First, there were two writing tests and a presentation at school. In one of the two writing tests, I spent a lot of time deciding what to write, and increased my grammer mistakes, so my score was lower than usual. Therefore I paid attention to the time allocation in the next test. I started preparing for the presentation early. I discussed with my partner and divided roles, and each of us made presentation slides. I had the teacher check it once, got feedback, and completed it. I was worried about my presentation because I had more time to speak than the presentation in the last class, so I practiced a lot. In February, I finished the final exams, had an excursion and a graduation ceremony. I walked along the Harbor Bridge for the excursion. The weather was nice and it was very hot, but the view from the bridge was very beautiful. Also, it was fun to talk to peaple in other classes. I went to eat Thai food with them for lunch. It was very delicious and I had a good time.

Next, on the weekends in January, my sister came to Sydney, so I met her after long time. I enjoyed talking to her a lot. We went out many places together. We went to Manly Beach. It was my first time to visit there. We took a walk and spent a relaxing time. We went back by ferry when the sun began to set. The opera house seen from the ferry was beautiful in its own way between the day time and the night time and I was very impressed. On the other day, we went out to see the fireworks. I was surprised to see it closer than I thought. In addition, we went to Blue Mountain. My sister’s friend took us there. The nature was so beautiful and I could also see wild kangaroos. I was tired of walking a lot, but it was a good day.

There is only one week left to study abroad. I would like to make the rest of the day fulfilling.
