Hi everyone!! It`s being colder and colder in Portland. It is 2months passed since I leave to Japan. I finished my midterm exam. This time was so hard for me, so I was exhausted after this exam. Also, This month had a lot of events. First, I will talk about Seattle trip. Seattle trip was October 12th and 13th. I went to Seattle with my classmates. We went to a lot of place. Such as Gam wall, First Star Backs Coffee. We went to a café that is known for its delicious clam chowder and glued gum to the gum wall. Also, This time, We talked about our cultures on car because it has a lot of people who came different countries. We could enjoy Seattle trip. I felt that this time was a little school trip.Next, I will talk about American Halloween. America has a lot of events of Halloween. I will introduce about my things of Halloween. I went to pumpkin patch where is a little far from our university with my friend. Pumpkin patch is an event on fall. We ate hamburger. We went a large corn maze, and We took an hour for going to goal. The vegetables on farms were much larger than Japanese one, so we were surprised. In addition, I went to Halloween Party at my university. We enjoyed game, scary maze, and foods. We screamed in scary maze, and we could enjoy Halloween makeup. We took a picture with friend, I could have a good time. We enjoyed bord games after the party. Also, I made a Jack-O-Lantern for Halloween with my friends and host family. I had never curved pumpkin, but I could make a cute Jack-O-Lantern. I saw that a girl wear on costume which is Japanese anime on Halloween, I talked to her and, we enjoyed conversation. I felt that diffrences of Halloween from Japan, so I could enjoy this month. My midterm exam was finished, but I will do my best for studying abroad. Thank you for reading, see you next time!
