I have just completed my service learning and volunteering classes. While studying abroad, I have learned a lot of valuable things. Before I came to the U.S, I was always afraid of failure. I didn’t like a challenge even if I really wanted to do it. I also worried about the eyes of other people.
However, after I gave up, I always regretted it. But now, I know that to fail is not so bad, and that to do something challenging is more worthwhile. Through English classes, my English skills have improved, and through service learning, I have discovered a lot about people and work style in America.
I have now finishes two years of university, and I have become an adult while living in the U.S. These experiences have helped me grow up, and they will help my future life.
