Hello, everyone! Happy New Year! I had vacation for 3 weeks. So I went to Singapore and KL. I stayed in Singapore for 4 days. And I watched the light show, went to Orchard Road, Sentosa Island, Arab Street and Merlion Park. My favorite place in Singapore was Arab Street. Because atmosphere is exotic and you can see the Middle East of culture. There are a lot of culture in Singapore and they respect each culture. So it was interesting! Also I met my Japanese friend who do internship in Singapore. We had lunch and ate chicken rice which is Singapore food. It was delicious! I recommend you eat it, if you go to Singapore! I was glad to see her. After that I went to KL. And I met my Malaysian friend and we went to Malaysian local restaurant which is located at Malaysian village. So there were only Malaysian and restaurants. I could see Malaysian culture there, so I had great time with her. In addition, I spent the new year with Japanese friends in the downtown. We watched fireworks, it was for the first time to spend the new year in hot weather. So I felt strange, but it was fun. By the way, classes started this week and the level of the class has gone up. The class is more difficult than previous class. But I will do my best!
