Hau’oli Makahiki Hou! This is my fifth report. Thank you for reading. I’ve done all of the final project on December 13! This winter vacation was the most memorable for me. From December 19 to 21, I went to Big Island for sightseeing with my friend. The reason for I chose Big Island is 1. To challenge new things, 2. To fully enjoy   nature. Talk about 1, we planned to drive around the city during this trip since it’s flexible than tour. My friend came up with this idea just 1 week before we leave. We were so glad to drop off popular sightseeing places as much as we could. And then I thought big island is the best place to see great nature. For instance, Kirauea Visitor Center represents huge crater that was created little by little over century. I recommend you to visit Hapuna Beach State Park because this is the perfect beach to see sunset. The way the sun reflect off the water was truly magical. We had visited 9 places in total, so these 3 days passed very quickly.

 I started to go to church every Sunday to improve my English. Approximately 15-20 adult people come to church.   At first, make a circle to have a conversation in 1 topic. December 25 was Christmas, so, topic was related to Christmas.  I enjoy going out with new friends after meet up.

 Lastly, I’ll explain that how was a new year. I spent the time watch fireworks from seaside near the hotel. In Hawaii, fireworks was launched to the sky at 0:00 am. I surprised Hawaii’s new year was so lively.

 Now I’m preparing for spring 1. This is the last term for me. According to the schedule, class level will be up from next semester. I’m so excited to learn new things.  Recently I feel I was able to broad connection people to people more positively. I think this energetic movement makes studying abroad special. I’ll keep going and “Challenge” many things that I’ve never tried.
